ICTC campus launches fitness plan

Indian Capital Technology Center’s Muskogee campus started a 12-week fitness campaign to encourage staff members and students to have a healthy lifestyle.

Staff members will divide into teams to see which ones lose the most weight at the end of the campaign.

The Weapons of Mass Reduction campaign kickoff, held Tuesday, featured screenings on blood pressure, cholesterol and body mass index. Strictly Fitness presented a demonstration of Zumba fitness. Representatives of the Muskogee Wellness Initiative presented information on healthy eating and proper portion sizes.
