Early voting begins in area elections

— The Muskogee County Election Board reported 53 ballots were cast Friday during early voting in the Muskogee Public Schools bond election.

The Sequoyah County Election Board reported two provisional ballots cast Friday during early voting on a proposition in the town of Gore to continue a 1 percent sales tax.

Registered voters in the Muskogee Public School district may cast early ballots from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday at the Muskogee County Election Board Office, 400 W. Broadway.

Registered voters in Gore may cast early ballots from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday at the Sequoyah County Election Board, 110 E. Creek Ave., in Sallisaw.
