Improvements on bleachers begin

— The Muskogee High School baseball field bleachers’ old steps and seats date to the 1960s or 1970s, said Muskogee Public Schools Facilities and Maintenance Director Wayne Johnson. The seats and steps will be replaced with covered ones that would keep kids and purses from falling through the bleachers. The bleachers also will get new walkways and handrails. Johnson said construction should be completed within two weeks, long before the first pitch of the Rougher baseball season.
