Mistrial in Dean murder case

Jury hung on alleged order to kill


The defendants

• Tommy Lee Dean Jr., 21, will be on the July felony jury trial docket after jurors failed to come to a verdict Friday. Dean is alleged to have ordered the shooting that killed Ryan Satterfield, 17, on Nov. 23, 2011, at a house in the 1500 block of East Okmulgee Avenue.

• Deandre Clark, 19, was convicted Feb. 27 of first-degree felony murder for killing Satterfield.

• Jordan Miller, 18, Martin Miller, 19, Frederick Watson, 19, and Troy Dufur, 17, will be on the July felony jury trial docket. Watson and the Millers are accused of robbing and assaulting Satterfield and three other teens before Clark fatally shot Satterfield. Dufur is alleged to have been outside the house in a getaway vehicle at the time of the crime.
