PET OF THE WEEK Starla

The pet of the week at the Muskogee Animal Shelter is Starla. She is a 3-year-old American Pit Bull Terrier. Starla is afraid of men, so a female home would be best. She is spayed, up to date on vaccinations, housebroken, and rides well in vehicles. The shelter has other animals in need of homes. If any of the pets at the shelter a home, visit the shelter at 4002 Border St. or call (918) 684-6285. The shelter is open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday, Wednesday and Friday; 10:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday; and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday. You can see animals up for adoption at www.muskogeeonline.org /citydepartments/animalshelter/adoption or you can see more available pets on Suddenlink Channel 14.
