Rape suspect out on $50K bond

A man from Noble who is charged with first-degree rape, rape by instrumentation and forcible oral sodomy was released from the Muskogee County/City Detention Facility on bond Friday after being held since May 30 on $250,000 bond.

Christopher Wayne Goldman, 41, is accused of raping a woman at a Muskogee residence in late May.

Special District Judge Robin Adair reduced his bond to $50,000 on Friday.

Goldman was released from jail by 4 p.m. He is required to return to court at 10 a.m. Sept. 3 for a preliminary hearing in the case.
