Porum teenager reported missing

The grandparents of a Porum teen are asking for help in locating their grandson, whom they have not seen since Friday.

Brenda Arnett-Jones said she and her husband, Don, know that Dillon Jones, 16, got on the school bus Friday morning.

Dillon, who is in the 10th grade, did not get off the bus Friday afternoon, his grandmother said.

It is “out of character for him to leave,” she said, adding that they received information that Dillon was with friends Friday afternoon.

Those friends told the couple that Dillon had said he was going to spend the night with someone.

A report has been filed with the Muskogee County Sheriff’s Office.

Dillon is slim and about 6 feet, 1 inch tall. He has wavy brown hair and hazel eyes, his grandmother said.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Muskogee County Sheriff’s Department at (918) 687-0202 or their local law enforcement agency.
