P.M. UPDATE: Hearings for Webbers Falls man rescheduled

Revocation and preliminary hearings for a Webbers Falls man have been rescheduled for July 24.

Clinton Tyrel Mullins, 32, was scheduled to appear in Muskogee County District Court on Wednesday for a preliminary hearing regarding charges filed after county law enforcers conducted a search of his home.

Mullins was charged June 4 with possession of firearm after former felony conviction, unlawful possession of controlled drug with intent to distribute and knowingly concealing stolen property. He also is facing two drug-related misdemeanor charges.

Mullins was not at his Webbers Falls home when a search warrant was executed May 28. He later turned himself into authorities.

The revocation hearing was scheduled regarding Mullins’ suspended sentences on drug and firearm charges that were filed in March 2013.
