Published July 18, 2008 09:55 pm - Eunice Parham 1907 - 2008 Eunice Parham, former resident of Haskell and Bixby, Oklahoma, died Wednesday, July 16, 2008, in Owasso, Oklahoma, at the age of 100 years. She was born July 25, 1907, near Tamaha, Oklahoma, Indian Territory, to Boley and Ida (Robinson) Beller. At a young age, she took over the care of her brothers and sisters after the death of her mother. She was married December 23, 1935, in Bixby, to Sonny Parham. She spent most of her working life as a homemaker and caring for her family. She was very much a caregiver to those in need. She had been a faithful member of the Haskell United Methodist Church. She will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, and granny. She was a wonderful cook who made the best angel food cakes and divinity candy. Even after making her home in Owasso, she loved to play Skipbo even until after her 99th birthday. Loving family members include her son and daughter-in-law; William and Maryann Parham, of Owasso, daughter; Patricia Morgan, of Muskogee, Oklahoma. Special nephew; Jack Haskins, of Clovis, New Mexico, four grandchildren; Doug Parham and his wife Joella, of Independence, Kansas, Dr. Daran Parham and his wife Candace, Tulsa, Todd Rackley and his wife Melissa, of Muskogee, Kim Adams and her husband Jim, of Muskogee, 11 great grandchildren, three great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Sonny, December 2, 1975. Family graveside services were held Thursday, July 17, 2008, at the Haskell Cemetery in Haskell, Oklahoma. Arrangements and services were entrusted to Mowery Funeral Service of Owasso.
