Nadean M. Gunckel

— Private graveside services for Nadean M. Gunckel will be held at a later date under the direction Lescher-Millsap Funeral Home, Muskogee, OK.

Nadean McNon Gunckel, 71, of Muskogee passed away Saturday, April 20, 2013 at Pleasant Valley Health Care Center following a period of illness.

Nadean was born January 5, 1942 in Dardenville AR, the daughter of Venis and Annie (Hatter) Brimm. She attended school at Webber Falls and graduated from Webber Falls High School in 1961. She was married to Leonard Wayne Perkins for over 30 years. Nadean was a home health care provider and helped many people in maintaining their daily life. She enjoyed walking and spending time with her family.

Nadean is survived by three sons: Jeff Perkins, Robert Perkins, and Phillip Perkins all of Muskogee; six grandchildren, Shiela Royse, Michelle Perkins, Amy Perkins, Ryan Perkins, Katelynn Sellers, and Darcie Perkins; five great-grandchildren: Grayson Sellers, Mason Sellers, Seth Royse, Ashlee Royse and Dustin Royse; two brothers: Jerry Brimm of Joplin, MO and Darrell Brimm of Mustang, OK, a host of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
