Darryn Lee Mabe

Funeral services for Darryn Lee Mabe, 46, of Muskogee, OK, will be held at 1:00 P.M. Tuesday, March 11, 2014 at Lescher-Millsap Funeral Home Chapel in Muskogee with Reverend Don Rhyne officiating. Pallbearers will be Mark Gann, Steven Gann, Shaun Pingleton, Raymond Contreras, Richard Mabe, and Brian Mabe. Honorary pallbearers will be Cody Whitchurch, Daryl Smart, and David Pingleton. Burial will be in Greenhill Cemetery.

Darryn was born June 8, 1967 at Muskogee, OK, the son of Richard and Brenda (Pingleton) Mabe and died Thursday, March 6, 2014 at his home in Muskogee. Darryn was a graduate of Muskogee High School and a lifelong resident of the area. He worked as a cook at the Veterans Administration Medical Center in Muskogee.

Survivors include his sons, Darryn Scott Mabe and wife, Sommer, of Welling, Paris Lee Mabe and Kaylee Worrell of Muskogee; parents, Brenda Barlow, Richard Mabe and wife, Betty, all of Muskogee; grandson, Parker Joseph Mansfield Mabe; grandmother, Bonnie Pingleton; brothers, Richard and Brian Mabe both of Muskogee; nieces, Chelsey and Bridgette Mabe, Bianca Rodriquez; nephews, Jose and David Lopez; step-brother, Raymond Contreras Jr.; step-sister, Natasha Lopez; aunts and uncles, Arr Cee and Jackie Mabe, Lana and Keith Price, and David Pingleton.
