Brenda Jane Ogden-Campbell

1950 - 2013

— Brenda Jane Ogden-Campbell, 63 of Muskogee, went to be with her Lord early Friday morning.

Brenda was born on New Year’s Day 1950 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Ellwood and Dorothy (Sanders) Root. As a child they moved to several places before she graduated from Wainwright High School in 1968. She enjoyed sewing, crafts, and serving God. She was a member of Linda Darnell Ministries for over 25 years. She lived her life as a living praise for God. Brenda loved her grandchildren and liked to refer to herself as their favorite toy.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and youngest sister Rita.

Brenda is survived by her husband, William Campbell; Son, Michael Ogden and his wife Crissy of Seattle, WA; Daughter, Cristal Adams and husband Collin of Bel Air, MD; Stepson, Paul Campbell and wife Jamie of Oklahoma City, OK; Stepdaughter Sherri Sullivan and husband Eric of Oklahoma City, OK; Nine Grandchildren, Jessica Fleming, William Ogden, Brett Ogden, Leah Adams, C.J. Adams, Caden Campbell, Drew Campbell, Evan Sullivan, and Garrett Sullivan; one great grandchild, Faith Fleming; two brothers, Woody Root, and Doug Root; one sister, Liz Clayton and husband Deon; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.

Memorial Service will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 5, 2013 at Haskell Assembly of God Church with Pastor Linda Darnell officiating.

In lieu of flowers donations my be made to: Linda Darnell Ministries 2227 S. Garnett, Suite 105, Tulsa, OK 74129.

Funeral services are under the direction of Cornerstone Funeral Home and Crematory, 1830 North York Street, Muskogee, Oklahoma.
