Tamra Jane Wiedel

1960-2013

Tamra Jane Wiedel, 52 years old, passed away peacefully October 20th, 2013 at her home in Muskogee.  After a valiant fight with cancer since 2011.  She is now in the presence of the Lord.  Her strong will to live, unwavering faith in God and the love and prayers of family, friends and many supporters carried her through.

Tamra was born December 12th, 1960 in Muskogee, to Arthur Wiedel and Janey (Rosson) Berry.  She is the oldest of 5 children.

Tamra lived and loved  life to the fullest.  She loved her children, grandchildren and family more than life itself.  She was a generous, loving, supportive and unselfish woman whom always put others before herself.  She lived her life in the most positive way.  She saw the good in everything and encouraged others to do the same.  She was always there when needed and had the kindest heart.  Her home was always filled with family and friends.  She adored her grandchildren, with each one she held a special bond.

She was a mother of 3:  Chelsie Wiedel of Broken Arrow; Carley Estes and husband Brandon of Muskogee; Jaymes Wiedel of Muskogee.  And a Grandmother of 4:  Kyley and Chloe Hamilton of Broken Arrow; Hayden and Hailey Estes of Muskogee.  Immediate family includes mother, Janey Berry of Muskogee; brothers, Jeff Wiedel of Muskogee; Troy Wiedel and wife Burnadine of Muskogee; sisters, Tracy Moses of Okemah; Donna Austin of Muskogee.  Numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and special friend, James Logan of Muskogee.

A memorial service will be held Wednesday, October 30th, 2013 at 2pm, at the Veterans Affairs Chapel in Muskogee.
