C.A. Adams

1923-2007







Funeral services for C.A. Adams, 84, of Webbers Falls, OK. will be at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, August 15, 2007 at the First Assembly of God Church in Webbers Falls with Reverend Robert Adams, Reverend Ron Butler, Reverend Lloyd Winkle and Reverend Charles Capps officiating. Pallbearers will be his grandsons, Shane Adams, Jonathan Searles, Aaron Adams, Blake Kelley, Taylor Kelley and Bodie Sanders. Burial will be in Fields Cemetery at Porum under the direction of Millsap Funeral Service of Webbers Falls.

Mr. Adams was born July 21, 1923 at McCurtain, OK. the son of Frank Cheetum Adams and Saphronia Louellen (Bledsoe) Adams and died Monday August 13, 2007 at the Gore Nursing Center.

Mr. Adams served his country in the U.S. Army during WWII and married Arline Clay on October 11, 1948 at Fort Smith, Arkansas. He was a retired carpenter and a member of the First Assembly of God Church in Webbers Falls.

Mr. Adams was preceded in death by his parents, a daughter, Debra Henry and seven brothers and sisters.

Survivors include his wife Arline Adams of the home, his children, Floyd and Karen Adams of Cookson, Robert and Angie Adams of Cushing, Phil and Barbara Adams of Webbers Falls and Tabitha and Kyle Kelley of Oologah, one sister, Pearlie Willard of Stigler, nine grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
