Jonathan David Proctor

1959 - 2013

Jonathan David Proctor, age 54, from Tulsa passed away May 21, 2013. Jonathan was born May 19, 1959 to Dale Sr. and Mary Proctor in Ponca City, OK. At the age of 16, he was baptized at Eastwood Baptist Church in Tulsa on August 13, 1972. Jonathan attended Hale High School in Tulsa where he graduated from in 1977. In 1983 Jonathan received his BSN in Science from NSU in Tahlequah. In 1984 Jonathan received his CPA license also. Jonathan retired from Huber Energy out of New Jersey.

Jonathan is preceded in death by his father Dale Sr.; 1 son Dustin Proctor; and 1 brother Dale Proctor. Jonathan leaves behind to cherish his memories, mother Mary Wilson of Tulsa; wife Ann Proctor; 1 daughter Krystal Miller and husband Brent of Muskogee; grandchildren Tommy Phelps and Mason Miller; brother John Proctor of Oktaha; sister Suzanne Tuttle and husband Larry of Houston; numerous nieces and nephews; cousins and friends.

Visitation will be12pm-7pm at Shipman's Muskogee Cremation & Funeral Service, 1325 N. York, Muskogee, OK 74403. Funeral Services will be 1:00 pm Friday, May 24, 2013 at First Baptist Church in Muskogee, 111 S. 7th St. Muskogee, OK, under the direction of Hibbs Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Green Hill Cemetery in Muskogee.
