Thelma Irene Hatley

1920- 2014

Thelma Irene Hatley, 93, passed away on Saturday April 26, 2014 in Muskogee. Thelma was born on August 22, 1920 in St. Joseph, Missouri to W. H. and Alice Miller. Thelma graduated from St. Joseph High School. Thelma worked as a secretary for O.W. Coburn for several years.

She loved china paining, needle work and oil painting.

She was preceded in death by her husband Franz Hatley Sr. in 1999. Thelma is survived by her daughter Sharyn Mendenhall of Muskogee, a son, Harley and wife Connie of Tulsa, grandchildren, great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Services will be held on Tuesday April 29, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. in the First United Methodist Church, Reverend Jack Kemper officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. Serving as Pallbearers will be David Miller, Dennis James and Hardy Clark, Honorary pallbearer will be Gary Evans.

The family has entrusted Bradley Family Funeral Service with the arrangements. Friends may send condolences to the family at
