Andrew “Andy” Scott Hensley

1997 - 2013

Andrew “Andy” Scott Hensley, 16, of Muskogee, Oklahoma passed away Monday, April 29, 2013.  He was born March 11, 1997 in Tulsa, Oklahoma.  “Andy” attended elementary school in Muskogee as well as Muskogee Jr. High and Muskogee High School where he was a 9th grader.  His passions included music of all kinds, and computer technology.  He used his God-given talent to creating designs and building projects involving videography, art, and music.   

“Andy” will be missed by everyone who knew him.

He was preceded in death by his birth mother, Rebecca Lynn Robinson and his special aunt, Caroline Hensley Abbott.

“Andy” is survived by his parents, John and Raydelle Hensley; his grandfather, Jesse Sanchez, all of Muskogee; his Favorite grandma, Sharon Keller;  his grandparents at heart, Jewell and Thelma Gamble; his brother, Nic Hensley; his aunts and uncles, Rachel Page and husband, Jeff, of Muskogee, Leslie Diaz and husband, Luis, of Tulsa, Patrick Sanchez and wife, Brandi of Muskogee, Matthew Sowa and wife, Jayna Cheng of Las Vegas, NV., his grandfather, Bill Robinson of Tahlequah; numerous great aunts and uncles; his cousins, Ashlynn and Parker Page, Taylor and Kaylee Sanchez, all of Muskogee, Alexandra Diaz of Tulsa; other family members and friends.

Funeral service for “Andy” will be 10:00 a.m., Saturday, May 4, 2013 at Cornerstone Funeral Home Chapel with Jim Estep officiating.  Interment will follow at Greenhill Cemetery with Michael Durossette, Luis Diaz, James Estep, Jesse James, Silas Dunn, and Danny Rains serving as pallbearers.  Honorary pallbearer will be Jewell Gamble.

Funeral services are under the direction of Cornerstone Funeral Home and Crematory, 1830 N. York Street, Muskogee, Oklahoma.  Condolences may be sent to the family at
