Funeral services for Carolyn Woodard, 52, of Webbers Falls, OK, will be held at 2:00 P.M. Friday, November 16, 2012 at the First Assembly of God in Webbers Falls with Reverend Wendell Cox officiating.  Burial will be in Gum Springs Cemetery under the direction of Millsap Funeral Service of Webbers Falls.

Carolyn was born June 27, 1960 at Delano, CA, the daughter of W. T. “Bill” and Bobbie (Carter) Mullins and died Tuesday, November 13, 2012 at Tulsa.  On February 26, 1996 she married Tonkawa Woodard in Fort Smith, AR.  Carolyn was a homemaker and had lived in the area the past 30 years.

Survivors include her husband, Tonkawa of the home; daughters, Amie Perry and husband, Brent, of McLain, Megan Ritchey and Darron Terrell of Webbers Falls, and Natalie Woodard; grandchildren, Zachary and Zadie Perry, Dalton Terrell-Ritchey; two sisters, Jessica Wann and Donna Melton both of Webbers Falls; and parents, W. T. “Bill” Mullins and Bobbie of Webbers Falls.

The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Tonkawa Woodard Memorial Fund at any Armstrong Bank.
