Martha Ann Hill


Martha Ann Hill, 83, of Muskogee, Oklahoma passed away Saturday, October 26, 2013.  She was born July 15, 1930 in Muskogee to William Enoch Lewis and Gertrude Edith Dixon.  Martha attended Muskogee Public Schools. She married Richard Hill on May 3, 1951 in Muskogee. Martha was a loving wife and mother and a devoted homemaker.

Martha was preceded in death by her husband Richard, her parents and sisters, Betty Jo Chastain and Dorothy Helen Ford; brothers, Virgil Bernard Lewis, Victor L. Lewis, Harold Lewis and Glenn Lewis.

 She is survived by daughters, Pamela Kay Freese and husband, Kevin of Kingsville, MO; Donna Rae Alexander and husband, David of Durant, OK; son, Stephen Lee Hill of Muskogee; grandchildren, Kris Bellinghausen and wife, Shannon, Julie Burgess and husband, Ben, Stephanie Hill, Kaleb Hindsley, Albert Alexander and wife, Amber, Leslie Alexander; six great grandchildren; sisters, Shirley Doran and Cheryl Royer; numerous nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.

A memorial service for Martha will be 1:00 p.m., Monday, November 4, 2013 at Fort Gibson National Cemetery with Chaplin Weldon Cox officiating.

Funeral services are under the direction of Cornerstone Funeral Home and Crematory, 1830 North York Street, Muskogee, Oklahoma.  Condolences may be made to the family online at
