Billy Gene Boyles


Billy Gene Boyles, 75, of Muskogee, Oklahoma passed away Monday, September 26, 2013 with his loving family at his side.  He was born April 28, 1938 in Concho, Oklahoma to Albert Boyles and Minnie McKeegan Boyles.  

Bill was a carpenter by trade.  He met and married Eileen Zella Slaughter April 28, 1958.  Bill enjoyed the outdoors, hunting, fishing, and wood working.  He loved his family more than anything, especially his kids and grandkids.

Bill was preceded in death by his brother, Tom Boyles; and his sisters, Polly Rankin and Dianne King.

He is survived by his wife, Eileen Boyles, of the home; his children, Dennis Boyles, Tammy Curtis, and David Boyles; grandchildren, Renee Odem, Billy Jones, D.J. Boyles, Amanda Skeen, Christopher Jones, Thomas Boyles, Garrett Boyles, Sunsari Clark, Jake Boyles, Austin Boyles, Jessica Boyles, Danielle Boyles, Brandon Boyles, and Ethan Boyles; great grandchildren, Catherine Odem, Caroline Odem, and Thomas Odem, Palatin Jones, Petra Jones; brother, Albert Boyles; other family members and friends.

A memorial service celebrating Bill’s life will be 11:00 a.m., Saturday, October 5, 2013 at Cornerstone Funeral Home Chapel with Dennis Boyles and Tom Shelton officiating.
