Nancy LeGate Susman

1935 - 2012

— Nancy LeGate Susman, 77, of Tulsa, Oklahoma passed away on Friday, November 23, 2012. She was born in Muskogee in 1935 to Cliff LeGate and Neva Wilkinson. She attended Muskogee Public Schools and graduated from Stephen’s, a finishing school. She then went to the University of Oklahoma where she was a member of the Chi Omega Sorority. For many years she served as a buyer for Susman’s and enjoyed fashion throughout her life. She grew up as a member of the First United Methodist Church in Muskogee. For the past ten years, Nancy has resided at St. Simeon's Episcopal Home in Tulsa.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Bernard Susman.

Nancy is survived by her two sons, Bernie and wife Ginger, and Marc and wife Kimberly; six grandchildren, Blake and his wife Emily of Austin, TX, Chad of Dallas, TX, Cole, Abby and Maris, and Rozlynn.

Services will be 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, November 27, 2012 at Cornerstone Funeral Home Chapel with Bill Crow officiating. Burial will follow at Greenhill Cemetery.

Funeral services are under the direction of Cornerstone Funeral Home and Crematory, 1830 N. York Street, Muskogee, Oklahoma. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.cornerstoneofmuskogee.com
