Kayla Mae Fleak

Kayla Mae Fleak, infant daughter of Kendall and Micah Fleak, was born on October 28, 2008. She went back to her heavenly home October 31, 2008.

Kayla is survived by her parents, maternal grandparents, Suzanne and Jackie DeRamus of Shawnee and Bruce and Jennifer Chitwood of Salina; paternal grandparents, Jan Fleak of Muskogee and Jon Fleak of Tulsa; maternal great-grandparents, Kenneth and JoAnn Jones of Dewar, Roy Wilcoxson of Wetumka, Helen King and the late Emmitt Chitwood of Salina; paternal great-grandparents, Rosa Mae McArtor Sublett of Choteau, the late Vernon Sublett, and Fred and Aileene Fleak.

A service will be held 2:00 pm, Monday, November 3, 2008 at Southeast Baptist Church with Reverend Gary Carey officiating.

The family has entrusted Bradley Family Funeral Service of Muskogee with the arrangements.
