THANK YOU 04.27.13

LAST SUNDAY evening Harvest Ministries Church hosted a grand program honoring me and I would like to thank each church and individual that took part in this service of approximately 250 people. The worship service, which consisted of songs, dances, prayers and the word of God, was a great inspiration and expression of love to me during this time of my health challenges.

I would also like to thank everyone for acts of kindness you have shown by assisting me and my family for the last three months with preparing meals, cleaning my home, doing laundry, phone calls, prayers, providing bottled water and tangible support. I have had good reports from my doctors since the program and the power of God’s healing word is being manifested in my body.

With much love and appreciation,

Pastor Lester & Doretha Beasley

ON APRIL 6 the citizens of Council Hill held a special fundraiser for the cemetery. This was in order to make improvements other than mowing — in this case putting up a vinyl fence.

We would now like to thank everyone for their generous donations. It was a successful endeavor and we are now able to begin work on the fence. We plan to have it in place by Memorial Day. We hope each and everyone will be able to come and see the improvements.

We would like to list the following businesses: Hale Fence, Greens Elevator, L&C Insurance, T.H. Rogers Lumber, Kelly Monument, Peoples National Bank, Garrett Family Funeral Home & Cremation Service, and Shelton’s Grocery.
