Tea Party Republicans couldn’t govern a daycare center. Make no mistake, they went to Washington for one purpose only: To shut down the government, which they just accomplished. The party of old ticked-off white people has again demonstrated there’s not an adult in the bunch. If they can’t run the government they’ll destroy it. Like spoiled children, they’ll stomp their feet and hold their breath till they get their way and extort their demands.
They cried, claiming they were IRS targets, but the tears dried when we found out other, non-tea party groups were also targeted. If the name of your party means “we shouldn’t ever pay taxes,” you deserve closer scrutiny.
They claim they only want to “educate” future generations. In what, criminality? Terrorism? Extortion is a crime. As such, U.S. Marshals should march up the steps of the Capitol and arrest every leader of the Tea Party. They’re criminals, and definitely the villains of this piece. And these criminals will still receive full pay and benefits from their taxpayer-funded gold plated healthcare, unlike the hundreds of thousands they’ve forced in unemployment.
Their newest champion, Ted “Sham-I-Am” Cruz, spent 21 hours in basically an infomercial about ... Ted Cruz. This ... narcissist in a party of narcissists is so pathetic he looks like he could burst into tears at any moment. Fitting, since the bipolar Tea Party is one moment crying about spending and the next standing their ground and killing someone.
A fine example of Tea Party lunacy is right here in Oklahoma, where the Sooner Tea Party leader Al Gerhart has been charged with threatening a (drumroll, please) Republican lawmaker. His crime: Not advancing their Agenda 21 conspiracy theory to a committee vote last session. Reality doesn’t matter; it’s the voices in tea party member’s heads that’s important.
You don’t negotiate with terrorists. And that’s what the Tea Party is. They’ve voted to kick millions off of food stamps, ban contraceptives, and increase corporate welfare. They’re scum bags, and it’s past time for a purge.
