Show US we support our own

— Muskogee is being given a golden opportunity courtesy of the Swon Brothers and “The Voice.”

The Swons’ extended stay on the show has given a renewed boost to our city.

The Swons’ talent has them on the verge of winning the music talent competition.

The spotlight that shines on the Swons’ success also captures Muskogee, Okla., USA.

Muskogee is mentioned at least twice each week on the telecasts on national prime-time television.

The Swons are trending on Twitter and all over Facebook.

People from around the country who have never heard of Muskogee are being introduced to our city through the Swons.

The Swons have given the city national exposure that money can’t buy.

Their story is positive and reflects positively on the city.

The Swons’ hard work has given them a literal national stage to display their talent.

They deserve their success.

We can help the Swons and help ourselves, too.

We must turn out in an impressive way for the Swons’ celebration tonight.

Muskogee Civic Center must be filled with appreciative fans.

We must raise the roof during the concert.

We must show the rest of the country how much we support our own.

We must put our best foot forward tonight.

We must show the country how proud we are of the Swons and of Muskogee.
