Lunt maintains streak

When Wes Lunt found Charlie Moore for a 20 yard touchdown pass in the third quarter, it capped a five-play, 80-yard drive that took only 1:09 off the clock. That marked the 34th straight game that OSU has had a scoring drive of less than two minutes.

Offense shines

Oklahoma State entered the game leading the Big 12 in rushing offense with 254.3 yards per game. TCU entered the game leading the Big 12 in rushing defense by surrendering only 92.0 yards per game and had not allowed more than 164 rushing yards to any opponent this year. The Cowboys finished with 147 yards. Take it away

Oklahoma State forced a season-high three turnovers. The Cowboys have nine takeaways this season. OSU led the NCAA in turnovers forced last year.

Randle No. 5

Running back Joseph Randle’s rushing touchdown in the fourth quarter moved him into sole possession of fifth place on the all-time OSU rushing TD list. Randle now has 35 rushing touchdowns and passed former standout Tatum Bell. Randle has passed the 100-yard rushing mark in six of seven games this season. He finished with 126 rushing yards and a TD. Through seven games, Randle has 891 yards rushing and nine touchdowns.

Peterson’s stop

Wagoner’s Kevin Peterson didn’t have a tackle but did have a key pass breakup near the goal line in the first half. TCU was unable to score on the drive.
