KANSAS 10, OKLAHOMA 8 — The Oklahoma bats woke up in the fifth inning against Kansas on Saturday afternoon with seven runs to erase a six-run Jayhawk lead, but it was not enough as Kansas scored three more runs and finished the three-game series with the victory, ending OU's 13-game win streak.

In the first inning, Matt Oberste continued his school-record 30-game hit streak on the first pitch he saw with a double that scored Max White.

OKLAHOMA STATE 8-5, TEXAS 3-4 — Jarrett Higgins had a two-run double in the first game and Vince Wheeland (6-0) was the winning pitcher and Brendan McCurry earned the save. In the second game, Robbie Rea had  two-run double in a four-run first inning and Joe Perrin (3-0) was the winner and McCurry got another save.

MISSISSIPPI STATE 4, ARKANSAS 1 — At Fayetteville, Ark., Mississippi State starting pitcher Kendall Graveman tossed a complete game, giving up one run on five hits and striking out five as the Bulldogs beat Arkansas. Arkansas starter Ryne Stanek (2-2) took the loss.

A&M-CORPUS CHRISTI 9, ORU 3 — At Corpus Christi, Texas, Nate Goro got the Oral Roberts going early with a home run in teh fourth inning, but Texas A&M-Corpus Christi won the third game of the series.

NSU 11, WASHBURN 6 — Kyle Singleton drove in five runs, while he and Trent Wilkins had four hits each as the RiverHawks (15-13, 15-13) scored five runs in the 11th inning to beat Washburn. Eufaula’s Trevor Walch (2-2), one of six pitchers used by NSU, threw 2 1/3 innings for the win.
