OSU 3, OU 1 – Gage Green and Tim Arakawa hit solo home runs in the second inning to lead the Cowboys over the Sooners on Tuesday. Tyler Nurdin (2-2) got the win on the mound for OSU (20-9) while Robert Tasin saw his record fall to 2-2 for OU (20-10)

OCU 6, BACONE 4 – The Warriors’ ninth-inning rally ended with the tying run at the plate in Bacone’s loss a Oklahoma City University on Tuesday. Jean Ortiz and Jean Carlo Rodriguez were both 3-for-5 for the Warriors (19-15) with Ortiz driving in two runs while Rodriguez brought in one.

COFFEYVILLE 10, CONNORS 5 – Connors State’s 16 game winning streak came to an end Tuesday as the top-ranked Cowboys fell to Coffeyville Community College 10-5 on the Red Ravens home field. Yariel Gonzalez led the Cowboys (28-4) with four base hits while Vian ex Landon Decker was one of two Connors State players with two hits..

SE 3, NSU 2 – Cody Coats, batting in the ninth spot in the lined, hit two home runs to power  Southeastern past Northeastern State 3-2 on Tuesday in Tahlequah. Kyle Singleton and Cody Begovich both went 2-for-4 for NSU (14-18) with Begovich and Cody Robinson scored NSU’s two runs.


TULSA 9, WICHITA ST. 3 – Former Tahlequah Lady Tiger Erica Sampson was 4-for-4 with a home run and four RBIs to lead the Golden Hurricane past the Shockers on Tuesday. The home run increased Sampson’s team lead to seven and took over the top spot in the Golden Hurricane (33-3) RBI column, increasing her total to 26.

CONNORS SPLITS – Hilldale grad Kali Romine came home with the winning run in the bottom of the seventh to win the first game of a doubleheader, 3-2, against Northern Oklahoma Enid on Tuesday in Warner but fell in the in the nightcap 2-0.

Romine opened the seventh with a base hit, stole second base and came home on base hit by Kristen Reasnor with the winning run.
