NSU 1-5, EMPORIA STATE 4-5 — Amanda Harjo reached on a fielder’s choice and Saharra Henson scored  the decisive run in the second game of the MIAA doubleheader at Tahlequah. Henson had two hits and scored twice in the game, while Harjo and Allyson Pogue each had two RBIs. Kayce Woolridge (6-9) was the winning pitcher.

In the first game, Navada Campos slugged her seventh home run of the season and Emporia snapped NSU’s scorless streak at 35 innings. Cayce Coleman (6-4) was the loser.

OU 6, TEXAS TECH 0 —In Lubbock, Keilani Ricketts homered twice for fourth career multi-home run game of her career and Michelle Gascoigne struck out eight batters and scattered four hits in tossing her seventh shutout of the season and improved her record to 15-1 as the Sooners improved to 36-2 overall and 5-0 in the Big 12 Conference.

BAYLOR 1, OSU 0 — In Waco, a first-inning fielding error by the Oklahoma State shortstop was the difference as the Cowgirls (24-19, 2-6) lost to the Lady Bears (32-10, 5-5). Kat Espinosa (13-12) was the losing pitcher as Tamara Brown and Ari Morrison had hits for OSU.

BACONE 16-3, SAGU 3-2 — With the doubleheader sweep of Southwestern Assemblies of God, the Lady Warriors improved to 17-18 overall and 15-6 in the Red River Athletic Conference. The Warriors beat the Lions 4-1 on Friday.

TULSA  4-7, UAB 9-1 — Samantha Cobb was 2-for-3 and drove in two runs in the game one win for Tulsa (23-10-1, 12-2 C-USA) and Haley Henshaw and Julie Kemen both homered in the second game. Aimee Creger (17-3) struck out 10, allowed four hits in the complete-game victory in the opener.
