College softball roundup

NSU TAKES TWO — At Tahlequah, Lauren Flanary’s two-run walkoff single won the opener 3-2. Flanary and Megan Robison had two hits each. Kayce Wooldridge (3-2) allowed five hits in seven innings.

NSU won 9-3 in the finale. Robison’s three-run home run was the big hit in the nightcap as Flanary, Alyssa Aguilar and Navada Campos each had two hits. Kylee Cole (3-2) threw 1 2/3 relief innings, giving up four hits, but was the pitcher of record.

OU’S RECORD SWEEP — Oklahoma (12-5) set a school record on runs in capping a sweep in Norman, winning 10-0 and 35-1. The 35 runs breaks the previous mark of 24 against Iowa State last season. OU had nine hits in game one and 24 in game two.
