MISS ADDIE’S BAKED FUDGE
4 cups sugar
1 cup flour
1 cup cocoa
1 pound unsalted melted margarine
8 eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla
2 cups chopped nuts, combination of pecans and walnuts
In large bowl, combine flour, cocoa and sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time.
Beat thoroughly.
Gradually add melted margarine.
Beat well.
Add vanilla and nuts.
Pour into 9x13-inch pan and set into another pan filled with 1 inch of hot water.
Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.
Tip: Let fudge set overnight to make it gooey.
