NEIMAN-MARCUS CHICKEN SALAD
Member Jennifer Crotty made book club members smile with the famous Neiman-Marcus Chicken Salad recipe.
2 1/4 cups diced cold white meat chicken (approximately 4 breasts)
1 cup finely chopped celery
1 cup quartered seedless grapes (green or red)
1/2 cup slivered toasted almonds
2 tablespoons parsley
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup whipping cream (whipped stiff)
Combine all ingredients and serve.
Serves six to eight.
