PEPPERONI PASTA

1 medium onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 pound ground beef
1 package pepperoni, chopped
1 28-ounce jar pasta sauce with mushrooms
1 16-ounce package thin spaghetti, cooked
1 cup shredded mozzarella
1 tablespoon freshly grated Parmesan or more to taste

Cook onion, green pepper and ground beef in skillet until meat browns, crumbling beef as it cooks; drain.
Add pepperoni and past sauce and bring to a boil. Cover, reduce and simmer 20 minutes.

Arrange spaghetti in a greased 13x9 casserole; top with meat sauce and sprinkle with mozzarella.
Bake uncovered at 400° for approximately 5 minutes.
Top with Parmesan and serve hot.
