SPICY HUMMUS

SPICY HUMMUS

3 cans garbanzo beans, drained
4 tablespoons minced garlic
1/2 cup fresh parsley
1 tablespoons paprika
1 tablespoons dried pasilla chilies
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup roasted sesame tahini (may substitute peanut butter)
Salt and pepper to taste

Put ingredients in food processor and blend until smooth.
Add additional olive oil as necessary.

Place in a medium serving bowl, sprinkle paprika on top then drizzle with olive oil if desired.
Serve with crackers, pita bread or chips.
