JANET BROWN’S BLACK-EYED PEAS

6 cans of black-eyed peas
1 pound bacon
2 medium white onions; chopped
Cayenne pepper
Seasoning salt to taste

Cook over medium heat.
Stir occasionally.
If it sets overnight, the heat flavor is stronger.
