BROCCOLI WITH HERBS
1 bunch broccoli
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons fresh dill weed
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1. Cut broccoli into stalks or florets. Steam six minutes, until just tender and bright green.
2. Meanwhile, melt butter. Stir in dill and juice.
3. Pour butter mixture over hot broccoli and serve at once.
Makes six servings.
