“Last year, we were just excited to be there,” said senior Maria Cordero. “This year, we want to go in there and just play our hearts out and play together. When we came here, our coaches told us that we would make a difference, and for us to be going out the way we are is awesome.” Scouting ETSU The Lady Buccaneers (21-11) have won eight consecutive games and 15 of their last 16, including a 75-72 victory against Jacksonville in the Atlantic Sun Tournament championship contest on March 8. ETSU is making its first NCAA tourney appearance and is led by the duo of Siarre Evans (13.4 points and 7.1 rebounds per outing) and Michelle DeVault (12.8 ppg). This will be the first meeting between OSU and the Lady Bucs, who are 0-4 against NCAA tourney teams this season.
