COWETA 61, TAHLEQUAH 40— At Coweta, Dalton Cunningham led the Tigers in scoring with 15 points on Tuesday. Tahlequah trailed 18-7 at the end of the first quarter. The Tigers (0-1) will host Enid in the Tahlequah Invitation on Thursday, Dec. 12.
OKMULGEE 57, EUFAULA 48 — At Okmulgee, Devon Siers scored 20 points for Eufaula on Tuesday. Eufaula cut the lead to 4 points late in the fourth, but a foul call changed the momentum allowing Okmulgee to pull away. Eufaula (0-1) hosts Stigler on Friday.
SEQUOYAH 64, KEYS 29 — At Sequoyah, Caisen Green, 13 points, and Zach Parish 11 points, led the Indians in scoring in their win over Keys Tuesday. Sequoyah led 38-9 at the half. Sequoyah (2-0) will host Spiro on Thursday.
QUINTON 63, WARNER 28 — At Warner, Jacob led the Eagles with 10 points in their loss to Quinton on Tuesday. Quinton led 18-7 at the end of the first quarter and never looked back. Warner (1-0) will host Central on Friday.
OKAY 96, INDIANOLA 19 — Five Mustangs scored in double figures led by Darius Riggs’ 24 points. Zac Cagle had 13, Caleb Pierce 12, Paul Taylor 11 and Caleb Riggs 10. Okay subbed frequently and saw its reserves mix in for a 30-1 fourth quarter blowout. Now 2-2 on the year, Okay’s opener in the Liberty Tournament has been moved up a day and will tip off at 2:30 p.m. today against Beggs.
STIGLER 44 POCOLA 58 — At Stigler, The Panthers lost their Riverside Conference and season opener at home despite three players in double figures. Dillon Bryant had 13, Blaine Thompson 12 and Seth Sandlin 11.
WISTER 47, OKTAHA 43 — Despite Dustin Leach’s 30 points, the Tigers fell to Wister on Tuesday in the Pick and Shovel Tournament at Hartshorne. Wister led 27-19 at the half and 41-23 in the third quarter. The Tigers (1-1) will play either Hartshorne or Antlers 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
GREENLEAF INVITATIONAL — Webbers Falls (2-0) scored the final 11 points to defeat Porter 32-26. Darren Shanks led the way for the Warriors with 11 points. Porter’s leading scorer was Nick Jenkins with 8 points. It was 17-all at the half.
Also, Porum beat Gore 30-25. Austin Wright led the Panthers in scoring with 14 points. Gore’s leading scorer was Chris Jarvis with 6 points. Porum (1-2) outscored Gore 13-2 in the fourth quarter.
EUFAULA 59, OKMULGEE 49 — Eufaula won its opener at Okmulgee on Tuesday. No stats were available. Eufaula will host Stigler on Friday.
QUINTON 39, WARNER 34 — At Warner, Zadie McElhaney scored 15 points for the Lady Eagles in their loss to Quinton. Warner tied the game up in the fourth but ultimately fell back in the end. Warner (0-1) will host Central on Friday.
STIGLER 46, POCOLA 28 — At Stigler, Bailey Wilson scored 23 points including six 3-pointers and Hannah Garman had 10 points in a Black Diamond Conference home season opener. Wilson had 13 of the Lady Panthers’ 14 second-quarter points as they broke from an 8-8 tie to lead 22-13 at the half. Stigler is at Muldrow on Thursday.
TAHLEQUAH 51, COWETA 32 — At Coweta, Marisa Girdner, Lindsay Wade, Whitney Wright and Reagan Clark all scored 8 points each to lead the Lady Tigers to the win. Tahlequah jumped ahead quickly, leading 16-4 at the end of the first quarter. Tahlequah (1-0) will play Memorial on Thursday, Dec. 12 in the Tahlequah Invitational.
OKAY 63, INDIANOLA 19 — At Okay, Summer Milligan had 14 points and Mariah Whiteday 12 points to lead the Lady Mustangs (1-3).
SEQUOYAH 58, KEYS 37 — At Sequoyah, Audrey Ballou, had 16 points, and Jhonett Cookson had 13 points for the Lady Indians in their win over Keys on Tuesday. Sequoyah led by nine points in the third quarter before pulling away and leading by 20 by the fourth quarter. The Lady Indians improve to 2-0 and will host Spiro on Thursday.
OKTAHA 66, CROWDER 30 — In the Hartshorne Tournament, Jaylie Roper had 15 points, Shea Lynch had 12 and two others, Haley Baldridge and Kelsey Cantwell, just missed double figures with nine each for the Lady Tigers (2-0), who get Hartshorne at 6 p.m. Thursday. Oktaha led 22-4 after one quarter in this one.
MIDWAY 53, SCHULTER 22 — At the Wilson Tournament, the Lady Chargers moved to 2-1 behind three in double figures. Alexa Miner scored 14 points, Brittanie Barnard had 13 and Morgan Hays 12.
GREENLEAF TOURNAMENT — Hulbert beat Kinta 57-37 as Tiffany Thompson led with 20 points. Tina Buford and Megan Cox each had 12. The Lady Riders (2-0) led 29-19 at the half.
Also, Porum beat Porter 51-21. Katie McCullar led the Lady Panthers (3-0) in scoring with 22 points and Jessica White scored 8 points for Porter.
