BRAGGS TAKES TWO FROM WILSON – In the first game Wildcats ran through Wilson 21 to 0, winning pitcher was Payton York who struck out four and gave up no walks. Landon Lucas went 1-for-1 with three runs batted in and three runs scored. Austin Aizzia went 2-for-2 with two doubles and three runs scored, and two runs batted in.
Game two was much of the same as the Wildcats won 13 to 3 to move to 3-2 on the season. Rowdy Ensminger got the win in the second game, striking out four batters and giving up just one earned run. Tanner Coen went 2-for-2 with four runs batted in for the Wildcats, while Payton York went 1-for-1 with a triple and two runs batted in. The Wildcats are back in action at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Whitesboro Tournament against Buffalo Valley.
OKTAHA 15, WISTER 5 – The Tigers Daceauda Davis got the win and moved to 1-1 on the season. Davis went five innings, striking out three while giving up six hits and four earned runs. Leading hitters for the Tigers were, Bradley McCoy going 3-3 with a homerun his first of the season and two runs batted in and three runs scored. Austin Crowder went 2-for-3 with two runs batted in. While Tyler Edgar went 1-for-3 with runs scored and three runs batted in.
