Death of teen at party not homicide

FARGO (AP) — The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation says a preliminary autopsy indicates no foul play in the death of a Mooreland teenager following a party in Fargo.

The OSBI said Tuesday that the exact cause of death of Kolby Bowers, 18, has not been determined and the results of toxicology tests are pending.

The agency says Bowers died early Sunday after being taken from the party to a hospital in Woodward.

The Ellis County Sheriff's Office requested OSBI assistance because the death was considered suspicious at the time.
