GOLDEN EAGLE POKER RUN, 8 a.m. Saturday, Lake Eufaula. Pre-entry fee is $175 for five cards and $200 for six. Entry the day of the event is $200/$225. Each entry will receive a logo T-shirt or hat. Entry forms are available online at VisitLakeEufaula.com or at marinas, restaurants, convenience stores and the LEA office, 701 S. Main, Eufaula. CAR WASH, hosted by young people department of Peters Chapel AMEC, 8:30 a.m. Saturday, Kum and Go, 3520 E. Shawnee Road. These donations are going toward the Christian Education Leadership Conference at Southern Arkansas University in Magnolia, Ark., from July 6 to 10. WAGONER HOME TOUR, hosted by Wagoner Rose Garden Club, 1 to 5:30 p.m. Sunday. There will be five homes on the tour. They are located on U.S. 69, approximately 1.5 miles south of Wagoner, east of the Red Barn Antiques. Homes will be marked with pink and green balloons. Menu: Eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, buckwheat pancakes, coffee, milk and juice. Proceeds directly support local Disabled American Veterans and their families.
A DIME TO A MILE TO MAKE HER SMILE, benefit for Sierra Denise Romine, 10 a.m. June 20, starting at Lowe’s in Muskogee. The motorcycle ride will start at Low’s and go through Braggs, Gore, Vian, Park Hill and back to Lowe’s for a total of 100 miles. Romine, 4, who was injured in a fall at her grandmother’s home. DISABLED AMERICAN VETERANS CAR, TRUCK AND MOTORCYCLE SHOW, June 27, 4815 W. Okmulgee Ave. Sign in from 8:30 to 11 a.m. with the show from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Cost to register is $15 by June 13 and $20 after June 13. Proceeds benefit disabled veterans and their families in the Muskogee Area. Judging is by The Toy Shop.
