CHECOTAH HIGH SCHOOL CLASS OF 1958 REUNION, June 27, First Baptist Fellowship Hall. Casual dress, bring a picture to help remember all the fun times. If you haven’t been contacted, it’s never too late. Information: Imogene Duvall, 473-2781.
2008 CHECOTAH ALL SCHOOL ALUMNI REUNION, June 27 and 28. Anyone who attended and/or graduated Checotah High School is invited to attend the events. Friday • Alumni Golf Tournament, 8 a.m. and 9 a.m., shot gun start, Fountainhead Golf Course. Cost $50, includes green fee, cart and lunch. For entry information: Call Mitch Myers, 473-6484. • Alumni Basketball Game, 7 p.m., Truman Dixon Field House, $5 entry fee, admission will be charged. Information: 473-8021 or 689-0998. Saturday • 10 a.m., Class of 1958 honored alumni hosting at Katy Depot. • 2 to 4 p.m., Gene Curtis book signing, “Only in Oklahoma.” • 6:30 p.m. All School Banquet, Checotah Community Center.
DERRICK FAMILY REUNION, for the children and grandchildren of Charlie and Roberta Derrick, Friday and Saturday. Registration is 5 p.m. Friday, June 27, Azalea Inn, 800 S. 32nd St. This is a get acquainted night and T-shirts are available. “Oktaha Experience,” 10 a.m. Saturday, a visit to the old home place; noon, picnic in the park; 6:30 p.m., dinner, Civic Center.
MUSKOGEE CENTRAL HIGH SCHOOL 45th CLASS REUNION, Friday and Saturday. Reunion committee is planning a fun weekend and needs help finding missing classmates. MUSKOGEE CENTRAL HIGH SCHOOL OF 1948, will meet for the 60th final reunion, Sept. 24 to 25, LaQuinta Inn. This was the first class to have a reunion. Information: Betty King Taylor, 687-5189.
