SATURDAY NIGHT SPOTLIGHT, 7 p.m. Saturday, third Saturday of the month, The Roxy Theater, 220 W. Okmulgee Ave. “Catch a Rising Star” featuring a variety of singers, songwriters and musicians. This month see Lauren Lee and Liberty Road of Holdenville. Micheal Rappe is guest emcee. Doors open at 6 p.m. Admission: $5, adults, and free, children under 12. CRYSTAL RIVER, in concert, 6 p.m. Sunday, First Indian Baptist Church, 510 S. Ninth St. There will be snacks after the concert.

SOPRANOS VOICE RECITAL, featuring Lizzie DePriest and Hannah Roberts, both a freshmen at Hilldale High School, 2:30 p.m. Sunday, Wesley United Methodist Church, 313 E. Peak Blvd. They will be accompanied by Michael Dunn. Selections by Giovanni Paisiello, John Leavitt, Franz Schubert, Lucy Simon, Maurice Besly, Alessandro Scarlatti, Richard Strauss and Jason Robert Brown will be performed, as well as traditional folk songs from Wales, Ireland and the Catalan region of Spain. The recital is free and open to the public. A reception will follow.

PRE-THANKSGIVING MUSICAL, 3 p.m. Sunday, Fountain Baptist Church, 2540 W. 60th Street North. Guests will be The Harps of David, The Heavenly Echoes, The Marshall Family, The Voices of Praise, The Evans Family and The Bristow Gospel Travelers. Information: 683-0139.

Okmulgee Ave. Soloists include Mary McGrew, soprano; Charlotte Blakely, alto; Richard Sutliff, bass; and Kim Childs, tenor. Organist is Michael Bedford. Special feature includes a harpsichord performed by Lillian McConnell. Admission is free.
