19TH ANNUAL OKLAHOMA RENAISSANCE FESTIVAL, 10:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends through June 1. Experience Renaissance England right here in Oklahoma. You'll be transported back to the 16th Century as Castleton Village comes alive with more than 600 costumed stage and street performers, merchants and artisans providing an entertainment experience fit for royalty.

TAFT’S 45TH MEMORIAL DAY AND PARADE, May 23 through 26. May 23: Kid’s day 5 to 10 p.m. Downtown Taft. May 24: Vendor booths open at noon and street dance 8 p.m. to 2 a.m. May 25: Religious service, noon, Taft Resource Center, Vendor booths open at 1 p.m. and fashion and talent show 7:30 to 10 p.m., Taft Resource Center.
