“LEADING LADIES,” 7:30 p.m. Aug. 30, 31 Sept. 6, 7, and 2 p.m. Sept. 1 and 8, Broken Arrow Community Playhouse, 1800 S. Main Street, Broken Arrow. From Ken Ludwig the same playwright who brought you “Moon Over Buffalo” and “Lend Me A Tenor” the BACP is proud to present “Leading Ladies.” Set in York, Pennsylvania in 1958, this farce centers on two down-on-their-luck Shakespearean actors, Leo Clark and Jack Gable. The pair discovers through a newspaper that Florence, an older ailing woman, has been unable to find Max and Steve, her sister's children who moved away to England as children in order to include them in her multi-million dollar inheritance. “ZOMBIE PROM” AUDITIONS, 6 p.m. Sept. 1, Broken Arrow Community Playhouse. Auditions are open and will consist of cold readings from the script and a prepared song to showcase your vocal range. Director Byn Always is looking for five men and five women, eight who can play high school age plus two adults.
