Sensei Read Omohundro, a second degree black belt in Aikido martial arts will conduct classes. Enrollment is open to male and female students. Aikido places emphasis on motion and the dynamics of movement and balance to neutralize the aggressor’s force. Sweats or other comfortable dress required.
