Barbara Ann (Pierce) Wesley, age 67 was born to Mazie Irene (Dial) Carnes and Airrie Pierce on March 30, 1943 in Flint, MI. Barbara married Adam Wesley in 1962 and for a short time resided in Dallas, TX, then relocated to Muskogee, OK where she resided until she passed away on April 23, 2010 in Tulsa OK.

Barbara had a kind and loving heart when it came to helping family and friends. She worked as a bartender for many years around Muskogee.  Due to her multiple health problems, she had to quit working and became a homemaker.

Barbara was preceded in death by her father Airre Pierce, her only son, Thomas Julian Wesley, her husband, Adam Wesley and brother, Ronnie Pierce. She leaves behind her mother, Mazie Carnes and brother, Paul Pierce, both of Benbrook, TX; her only daughter, Angelia Marie Wesley of the home; two granddaughters, Priscilla Wesley of the home; Ashley (Wesley) Pryor of Muskogee; two great grandsons, Thomas Wesley and Seth Boswell, both of the home; one great granddaughter, Alyssa Jade Pryor, and a host of relatives and friends.

Services will be held Thursday, April 29, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. at the Bradley Belltower Chapel officiated by Pastor Don Landers. Burial will be in Greenhill Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Darrell Loving, Rodney Hawkins, Michael Lyman, Victor Gable, George Robbins, Denny Charboneau, and honorary pallbearer, Greg Frazier.

The family has entrusted Bradley Family Funeral Service of Muskogee with the arrangements.
