Hilldale Public Schools will conduct a preschool screening for children ages 3 and 4 who live in the school district.

The screening will be from 8:30 to 11 a.m. and from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. March 25-26 at Hilldale Elementary School, 315 E. Peak Blvd. All parents are encouraged to attend.

The test is designed to determine the developmental readiness of preschool children and will help parents determine the needs of their children before they enter school. Hilldale will also conduct a kindergarten screening for the 2014-15 school year.

Enrollment packets will be taken for 4-year-old pre-K and kindergarten students. Requirements for enrollment include: two proofs of residence (such as an electric bill), birth certificate, current immunization record, Social Security card (optional), SoonerCare card and CDIB card. Enrollment packets need to be picked up in the office during the week of March 10. Packets must be completed before the screening and enrollment.
