Muskogee Regional Home Health Services has received a Certificate of Achievement from the Oklahoma Foundation for Medical Quality, the Medicare Quality Improvement Organization for Oklahoma.

The certificate was presented for quality improvement in Dyspnea, one of the 10 publicly reported outcome measures for home care.

OFMQ, working under contract with the Centers of Medicare and Medicaid Services, provides tools and resources, training workshops and other guidance to facilitate Muskogee Regional Home Health Service's efforts in quality improvement. The non-profit organization, headquartered in Oklahoma City, works with volunteer home health agencies to provide free quality improvement assistance as part of the Home Health Quality Initiative, a national effort to improve the quality of home health care in the United States.
