A Checotah man was injured in a Latimer County single-vehicle crash, according to an Oklahoma Highway Patrol report.
Clayton Ridge, 22, was listed as stable when he was admitted to St. John Medical Center in Tulsa, the report states. His condition was unavailable from St. John.
According to OHP, Ridge was driving a 2003 Chevrolet Silverado westbound on U.S. 270 when, at approximately 6 p.m. Wednesday, he drifted off the road to the left, striking a culvert. The report lists Ridge's condition as sleepy. Airbags deployed on the driver's side after the collision. He was wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash, the report notes.
